BARLEYWINE

Brewed with Maris Otter malt and a blend of Persimmon,Oak, and Beechwood smoked malts, we aged this special release in oak barrels that previously held a pre-batched Old Fashioned cocktail. No spices were added to the brew, but the barrels impart flavors of whiskey, aromatic bitters, and sweet orange peel. Patience will be rewarded, as this unique brew becomes significantly more expressive as it warms.
