CZECH PREMIUM PALE LAGER 

We had the opportunity to be the first brewery in the U.S. to brew with Prairie Malt’s new Rhapsody – Bohmeian Pilsner Malt. Using this malt for 97% of the grist, we decocted and naturally carbonated this pale lager and hopped it with classic Saaz hops. The result is a wonderfully malty and hoppy lager that will have you singing “Figaro Magnifico!”
